Meet the Staff

Dr. Reed was raised in Springfield, Ohio. He received a B.A. with a double major in Biology and Chemistry with honors from Anderson University in Indiana and graduated from Ohio State University College of Dentistry in 1990, where he was elected to the National Dental Honor Society – Omicron Kappa Upsilon. Dr. Reed then completed Medical School and residencies at the University of Florida. He also completed the University of Florida Facial Cosmetic Fellowship with Dr. Greg Smith in Ponte Vedra. Dr. Reed began practicing oral and maxillofacial surgery and facial cosmetic surgery in Daytona Beach in 1999. He then partnered with Dr. Contino in Naples in 2001, where he maintains privileges at Physicians Regional Medical Center.
 
Dr. Reed is board-certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. He also completed examinations involving facial cosmetic surgery during board certification.

Dr. Reed enjoys spending time with his wife and three children as well as being outside in the beauty of southwest Florida golfing, kayaking, swimming, biking, running, paddle-boarding, boating, going to the beach, and working out. Dr. Reed has completed several triathlons and races from 5ks to marathons. He also enjoys reading, traveling, and the company of friends at nice restaurants in Naples.

Dr. Daniel Winokur was born and raised in the small beach town of Spring Lake, New Jersey. He attended George Washington University and graduated with honors, earning degrees in Finance and Economics. In undergrad, he played Division 1 golf and began an internship at one of the largest investment banks on Wall Street. After graduation, he began a full-time position in Manhattan and ended his career in finance while working on the trading desk in London, England. After his repatriation, he completed a post-baccalaureate degree in Biology and Chemistry from the University of North Carolina.
 
Dr. Winokur graduated with a Doctor of Medical Dentistry (DMD) from The Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral Health where he received a Certificate in Public Health and the Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery award. Throughout his dental school training, he attended and organized multiple humanitarian trips to Central and South America providing dental care to those in need.
 
After dental school, he completed his surgical training at one of the country’s premier programs, The University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital. His time in Miami was heavily focused on trauma, dentoalveolar, and pathology surgery, as well as pediatric and adult anesthesia. In addition, he became proficient in implant surgery and bone grafting. Throughout his residency, his interests led him to research for which he was published in the areas of reconstruction, osteonecrosis of the jaw, and cancer of the head and neck.
 
Dr. Winokur currently serves as one of the team oral surgeons for D.C. United, the Major League Soccer (MLS) team, and Washington Spirit, the National women’s Soccer League (NWSL) team in Washington, D.C. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf, running, fishing, and spending time with his family.

For over 20 years, Carol has specialized in Advanced Clinical Aesthetics and Skincare. She obtained her initial training at Florida College of Natural Health, graduating with honors. She then attended post-graduate school for skincare at the International Dermal Institute and became medically certified in Clinical Esthetics at Washington, D.C.’s Victoria Rayner Institute for Career Advancement. Carol is also a Certified Laser Specialist from the Rocky Mountain Laser College in Denver, CO. Her extensive training includes medical-grade chemical peels, dermaplaning, RF micro-needling, ultrasound therapy, advanced anti-aging, and acne treatments, IPL, and laser hair removal.
 
Carol has a genuine passion for skincare and is devoted to educating and caring for her patients with the highest standard. She prides herself on individualized skincare treatment plans to provide optimal results. Her goal is to make a difference in the way her patients treat and maintain their youthful appearance. She focuses on helping to achieve aesthetic goals by being a warm and caring patient advocate who is dedicated to excellence.
